When it comes to TV sales, most people think that Black Friday deals only come once a year. Because, for years, the day after Thanksgiving was the focus of TV discounts and often featured door-busting deals on 55-inch or 65-inch TVs for less than $500.

Thankfully, in 2022, you won’t have to wait to find the best Black Friday TV deals — they started on November 1st, and many sales will run through the end of the month.

That means there are tons of door-buster deals right now that don’t require you to stand in long lines outside in the cold — just throw them in your online cart and check out.

Cheap TVs aren’t always recommended, but if you’re buying a TV as a gift for someone who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles, this 720p Fire TV has a ton of streaming services and costs just $109.

This deal also gets you an Amazon Fire TV with a voice remote that will allow you to search for shows using just your voice. It’s a bit small at just 24 inches and tops out at 720p resolution, but that’s not unusual for this size.

If you need anything Excellent Cheap, you won’t get anything cheaper.

Going big? This 75-inch Samsung TV is $579 at Best Buy

The best part of Black Friday TV shopping is getting 75-inch TVs on sale at incredibly low prices. And that’s what we found with the 75-inch TV690T.

For just $579 at Best Buy, you’re getting yourself a big LED 4K Smart TV. It uses direct LED lighting (better than Edge-Light) and supports HDR. If you want to connect it to your home smart platform, the TV supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, plus you can stream content from your Apple devices using AirPlay 2. For the size, it’s hard to find a lower price.

It’s not just 75-inch TVs and OLEDs that are discounted for Black Friday. If you’re shopping on a budget this holiday season, there are plenty of savings to be had on entry-level sets.

Interestingly, this Insignia 43-inch F30 4K TV is on sale on Amazon for $219. (opens in new tab). That’s an $80 savings compared to the full retail price of $299. This is a great choice if you need a second TV for an extra bedroom or office space, but it will get the job done in almost all situations. It packs full 4K Ultra-HD resolution, plus easy access to all the best streaming services. Plus, thanks to the integrated Alexa features, you can control the entire TV with just your voice.

Don’t need 4K? This 40-inch Hisense Smart TV is priced even lower

While 4K is the new de facto resolution for most streaming content, most cable content is only broadcast in Full HD. If you’re someone who doesn’t feel ready to jump on the 4K bandwagon yet and is content with a 40-inch screen size, then The Hisense A4G is on sale at Best Buy for $149 (opens in new tab) May be for you.

Without testing it out for ourselves, we can’t claim to know how it’ll perform – but the specs seem decent for the price. The speakers are likely on the weak side and the VIDAA smart platform isn’t often seen here in the US so some apps are likely to be missing, but the main features are all there.

Looking for OLED? This Sony Bravia OLED is under $1,000

The flurry of OLED TV deals continues with this great deal on last year’s Sony A80J OLED TV. The 55-inch model is even less than its usual price at Best Buy. This is a big price cut and big discount to start the week.

What we love about Sony’s OLED TVs are their excellent processors capable of providing excellent color accuracy and motion interpolation, as well as their built-in Google TV smart platform. No, they’re not as bright as Samsung QLEDs, but we’d argue that their picture performance is just as good, if not better.

Now you can get $1,200 off the Samsung S95B at Amazon (opens in new tab) For the 65-inch version with QD-OLED, it’s down from $2,997 to $1,897. For a TV that’s only six months old, that’s a pretty good price — and one of the lowest we’ve seen yet, according to buyer-savvy website CamelCamelCamel. (opens in new tab).

Want a QLED without breaking the bank? This Amazon Omni TV is now $599

Unlike LED-LCD technology, QLED TVs promise a wider color gamut and better brightness and contrast, however they can be expensive. But that’s not the case with this 65-inch Amazon Omni 4K TV.

Right now you can get the Amazon 65″ Omni 4K QLED TV for $599 (opens in new tab), which is a nice savings of $200. Cheap doesn’t mean skimpy though, with the TV boasting HDR10/HLG/HDR10+ Adaptive/Dolby Vision IQ support, full array local dimming and four HDMI ports (one HDMI 2.1 with eARC). You also get Alexa support.

You’ll have to make do with the 60Hz refresh rate panel, but other than that this TV is definitely worth your attention.

Another LG OLED TV for a killer price!

LG TVs always have great discounts around Black Friday, and so we’ve got yet another OLED set to bring to your attention.

The 65-inch LG A2 OLED is currently $1,196 on Amazon (opens in new tab). That’s a healthy savings of $500; You can get PS5 or Xbox Series X for that.

It’s an entry-level OLED, so you don’t get a 120Hz refresh rate. But at this size and with LG’s reputation for making great OLED TVs, it’s a discount you don’t want to overlook.
